Signals prompt review, not secret weighting.
Rate, account age, email, device and session, duplicate-account, behavior, coordination, brigading, and support-consistency signals can trigger a challenge or a moderator case. Records are flagged, never silently deleted or reweighted. Decisions require a rationale and support an appeal.
